I have thirty years experience working in senior positions in city and county governments in five states;PLUS thirty years as a Navy Reserve Officer. The Kelly Group was formed over twenty years ago to serve and assist local and state governmental agencies. I've been fortunate to have served on numerous national boards and committees, have been a State Association President, and was recently elected to a prestigious leadership academy. My background includes teaching leadership courses at national training institutes, giving presentations at state and national conferences, assisting with strategic planning, performing organizational assessments and reviews, and facilitating board and staff retreats.
