No two states have the same grant programs, and those that do often do not have them under the same state agency. A grant program under the Division of Natural Resources in one state might be under the State Department of Community Development in another and Conservation and Environment in a third. In other words, finding the appropriate grant program is sometimes as challenging as formulating the grant itself!
