What isn’t as well known is his expertise in the creation of Park Foundations and Alternative Development Plans for departments across the country. From Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in Prince Georges County, MD, to agencies in California and dozens more in-between, Bill has assisted in the creation of Park Foundations to help generate additional revenue.
